What a fixture match report should contain

A clear match report prevents arguments and serves as proof if there is a complaint. It should include, at a minimum:

• League, matchday, date and time of the fixture.
• Home and away teams.
• Players (or pairs) in each game, in the order they play.
• Result of each game and the total for the fixture.
• Comments: absences, player changes, incidents.
• Signature of the captains of both teams.

If your league uses several games, take care over the line-up order. Our guide to league rules explains how to regulate it.

Better than paper: digital match reports

With CreaTuLiga the captain fills in the match report from their phone (with each player's photo, no repeated players where that isn't allowed and a PIN per team), you review and confirm it, and the standings update themselves. No paper to lose and no results to type in.
